The New Day Support Group Meetings for Post Transplant Patients.

Group meets the last Wednesday of each month at 11 am to 12 pm in the Transplant Surgery Center Conference Room – Harper Professional Building, Suite 629.

The group discusses various topics that are focused around the optimal care of a transplant patient as well as welcomes guest speakers. Call 313-966-2673 for more information.
