Dr. Garbern specializes in hereditary disorders of the nervous system and muscles; hereditary disorders of myelin; mitochondrial diseases; Huntington disease; spinocerebellar ataxias; Muscular dystrophy; and Multiple sclerosis and related diseases.
He is board certified in Neurology and also serves as an Associate Professor of Neurology at Wayne State University School of Medicine and is a member of the Center for Molecular Medicine and Genetics.
